国家纺织产品质量监督检验中心（江阴）（以下简称中心），2010年1月经国家质检总局授权成立。中心地处纺织工业发达的江苏省江阴市，为独立的第三方实验室。中心完全符合ISO/IEC 17025《校准和检验实验室能力的通用要求》的规定，2009年8月通过了中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）的评审，国家认监委以“（2009）国认监认字（407）号” 证书予以授权。目前，中心的检测能力涵盖纺织原料、纱线、纺织品、羽绒羽毛及制品和服装等五大类262项（产品259个，参数266项，产品与参数总计达到525个），其中国际标准85个，产品和参数覆盖率达到93.6%。
中心位于全国县域经济百强之首的江阴市，地处风景秀丽的长江之滨。中心设有检验部、业务部、质量部和办公室等四个管理部门，建立了完善的质量保证体系和监督考核制度，运用内部局域网进行科学管理。
中心建筑面积7000m2，实验区域面积达到5000m2，其中恒温恒湿实验室面积700m2，完全按照GB6529标准规定的调湿和试验用标准大气要求建设，温度20.0±1.0℃，湿度65.0±2.0％，分为棉花检验、纤维纱线检验、纺织品检验、静电检验等四个专用检验室。另外还设置了：水洗色牢度、日晒色牢度、色牢度仪检、干洗试验、织物阻燃、织物功能性、纤维成分含量分析、安全性能检验、显微观测、暗室评级等十二个试验室。
中心检验仪器设备按照国内领先、国际一流的目标进行配置，拥有满足各类纺织品质量检测的进口及国产高尖端仪器设备240余台（套），其中包括：气质联用仪、高效液相色谱仪、红外光谱仪、原子荧光光度计、紫外分光光度计、原子吸收光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、乌斯特条干仪、日晒牢度仪、全自动羊毛细度长度仪、全自动棉花短纤维棉结测试仪、静电感应测试仪、大型干洗测试机、全套阻燃测试仪、高精度万能材料试验机等先进设备。
中心具备综合全面的检测能力：
1、可按GB、FZ、ISO、EN、ASTM/AATCC等标准检测；
2、棉、毛、化纤及特种纤维产品；
3、各类纤维、纱线、织物、服装及其它纺织制品的检测；
4、服用、家用、产业用纺织品的检测；
5、纺织品功能性检测：阻燃、抗静电、保温性、透气、吸湿速干、防水等；
6、纺织品安全性能检测：生态、重金属有害物质、pH值、甲醛、禁用芳香胺染料（偶氮）等。
中心拥有丰富的纺织检测技术与标准化工作经验，具备对服用、家用、产业用纺织品和服装及其他制品等全面的检测能力，而且在关系国计民生的特种纺织品、功能性纺织品、生态健康纺织品、纺织品安全、特种性能的检测及技术服务方面独树一帜，具有综合优势。
中心拥有高规格的人才储备，现有专业技术人员：高级工程师5名，工程师5名，棉检师4名，质量工程师4名；高等学历人才：博士1名，硕士8名，本科学历15名。中心聘请国内知名专家作为技术顾问，与高校、科研机构进行科研项目研发合作，以提高中心的知名度和权威性。中心2009年与江南大学签订了战略合作框架协议，中心同时也是国际羊毛工业试验室联合会Interwoollabs的会员，并承担国际标准化组织ISO/TC38/SC23/WG2天然纤维素纤维工作组日常联络工作。
中心立足江阴，辐射长三角，面向全国，本着为客户服务、对数据负责的精神，及时、公正、准确地出具检验报告，为企业提供纺织品检测、认证、计量、标准制修订、科研开发和技术咨询等全方位的服务。
National Textile Quality Supervision Testing Center (Jiangyin)
National Textile Quality Supervision Testing Center (Jiangyin) （hereinafter referred to as the “Center”）was established by the approval of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ). As an independent laboratory with third-party impartial status, the Center is located in Jiangyin Jiangsu Province, where the textile industry is well developed. Set up in full accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Calibration and Testing Laboratories, the Center was accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in August 2009 and was subsequently authorized by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China(CNCA). The testing range of the Center covers 5 series of total 262 items: raw materials, yarns, fabrics, feather & down products and garments (259 products, 266 parameters), among which 85 meet international standards while the coverage of products and parameters reaches 93.6%.
Located in Jiangyin City, top 1 Comprehensive Economic Strength among Chinese Township, the Center is bordering the beautiful Yangtze River. With four departments of testing, business, quality and administrative office, it enjoys the establishment of a perfect quality assurance and supervision appraisal systems as well as scientific management under local area network (LAN).
Taking a total 7,000m2 construction area with a 5,000m2 experimental area, the Center contains a 700m2 constant temperature and humidity(C.T.H) area (temperature: 20.0±1.0℃,humidity: 65.0±2.0％), which was set up in full accordance with GB6529 Standard Atmospheres for Textiles Conditioning and Testing. Besides these four dedicated C.T.H labs for cotton testing, fiber & yarn testing, textile & garments testing and electrostatics testing seperately, there are 12 more labs, including color fastness labs, dry-cleaning lab, flame retardant lab, textile function & safety labs, fiber content analysis lab, darkroom, etc.
The Center possesses over 240 imported and domestic advanced and highly sophisticated instruments and equipments. The main instruments such as Agilent 7890A/5975C, Agilent 1200 HPLC, Infrared Spectrometer Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS10, Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometer AFS-3100, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer cary50, Atomic Absorption (AA) Spectrometer AA240FS, Scanning Electron Microscope S-3000N, Uster Evenness Tester 5/ USTER4, ATLAS Color Fastness to Artificial Light Testers CI3000+W/CI3000+F/ALPHA, Length of Wool Fineness Automatic Instrument OFDA4000/OFDA2000, Premier aQura NL, DAIEI Rotary Static Tester, Static Honest Meter, RealStar Dry-Cleaning Tester, all sets of Flame Retardant Testers, Instron Material Testing System 3365/3367, etc.
Comprehensive test capabilities:
1. Carry out testing standards of GB, FZ, ISO, EN, ASTM/AATCC, etc.
2. Test cotton, wool, chemical fibers and special fibers.
3. Test various fibers, yarns, fabrics, garments and other textile products.
4. Test clothing textile, household textile and industrial textile.
5. Textile functional properties testing: UV protection, flame retardant, antistatic property, comfort ability, moisture-absorbent-and-quick-drying property, waterproof property, etc.
6. Textile safety performance testing: ecology, heavy metal harmful substances, pH value, formaldehyde, banned aromatic amine dyes (Azo), etc.
With rich experience in textile testing technology as well as standardization, the center harbors all-round inspection capabilities in clothing textile, household textile, industrial textile, apparel and other textile products. Besides, it develops a school of its own and has a comprehensive advantage in providing inspection and technical services in special textile, functional textile, ecological textile, textile safety performance and other special properties, which are vital to national well-being and the people's livelihood.
The Center builds up a pool of highly professional technicians: 5 senior engineers, 5 engineers, 4 registered cotton inspectors and 4 quality engineers and talents with high education background: 1 with doctor degree, 8 with master degrees and 15 with bachelor degrees of textile related subjects and others. Meanwhile, it has engaged nation-renowned experts and professors as technical consultants and cooperated with universities and research institutes in scientific research and development in order to raise its prestige and enhance its authority. In 2009, the Center signed stratigic cooperation framework agreement with Jiangnan University. Meanwhile, the Center has been the member of Interwoollabs since the year of 2009 and it is now undertaking the daily liaison work for ISO/TC38/SC23/WG2 neutural cellulose.
Being located in Jiangyin, the Center delivers service covering Yangtze River Delta and to the whole country. It sticks to the concept of serving client, being responsible for test data and issuing test reports efficiently, impartially and accurately. It offers and will continue to offer clients all-round services of textile testing, accreditation, metering, standardization service, scientific research and development, technical consulting, etc.
